How can I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and other forms of payment through PayPal. Sorry, currently we don't offer Arrowmax Credit Cards/Debit Cards (but we know you want one), nor do we accept separate payment installments. We will only charge you when your order is shipped. So, shop with confidence and bag some goodies!
What is the warranty for my purchase?
All of our products carry a 1 year warranty through us. Ship to Arrowmax will be covered by customer and we will cover the shipping charge back to you. Please email us before you send your unit for repair/exchange. Please note that warranty only applies to electronic products that may malfunction. Toys and other non-electronic products are not applicable.
What is your return policy?
We provide 30 days money back guarantee together with our one year replacement warranty. All products with one year warranty are allowed to return for new replacement if they get defective within warranty period. All return must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials. All products are allowed to return for credit within 30 days from our invoice date. All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
How do I cancel an order?
Canceling an order is very easy at Arrowmax. Just contact us with your request (with a reason please, we would like to know why?). We will cancel and refund your order; all orders can be canceled and refunded if the order has not been shipped. Please keep in mind order that has been shipped cannot be canceled. Please notify us ASAP if you would like to cancel an order.
Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
No. We understand that you want us to sometimes ship the items directly to your family or friends but since it's not a secret that Internet fraud is on the rise, we may be able to do this, but we may ask you to send us verification information in order to process your order. So your order may be delayed. We want everybody to be happy, so we really suggest you to have the order sent to your billing address instead.
