Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. This central location allows us to provide fast, affordable delivery across the United States. We're close to major logistics hubs, which helps ensure quicker shipping times and smoother customer service experiences. Having a local presence in Los Angeles also enables us to offer quicker shipping and a smoother warranty exchange experience for U.S.-based customers.

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2 business days. Typical transit times within the continental U.S. are 3–7 business days

Warranty 

All ArrowMax products are backed by a 12‑month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. To start a claim, email info@arrowmax.com with your order number, product model, and a brief description of the issue. All exchanges will be handled at our California location.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please request an RMA number before sending anything back.
